Shipping policy

Generally all orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Custom orders are processed in the time that is listed in the product description of the custom piece. If your custom order includes non-custom items, they will all be shipped together.

I ship most orders through USPS First Class mail which normally takes 3-5 business days. I do have the option for Priority Mail upgrades, which makes most shipping times down to 1-3 business days. Holidays may affect this time, and once the order is shipped I have no control over how fast USPS delivers it. Genuinely missing packages will be dealt with on a case by case basis, please contact me if you think your order is missing/lost.

I currently do not ship internationally on this site due to needing time to look into the new EU VAT policies, however I will ship to Canada. International orders are subject to VAT charges and buyer is responsible for these charges.
